The International Business Association (IBA) is an independent, non-profit organization founded in 2003 and headquartered in Kyiv, Ukraine. The Association strives to bring together experienced entrepreneurs, leaders, and professionals from various industries to promote international cooperation, knowledge exchange, and economic growth.

IBA serves as a global platform that connects representatives of business, science, culture, and innovation.
